has in the construction business. Jeff
started Reel Construction in 1985 but has been working in the construction
industry for almost 30 years. Following
in his father's footsteps, Jeff Reel has built and remodeled many homes in the
Nashville area. As a second generation
home builder and a licensed BC contractor, he is prepared to handle
construction projects of any size. He prides himself on meeting or
exceeding all expectations for both quality and efficiency.
Recently completed a 3900 sq. ft. home 2 story with 3 car garage

Darden Place
Reopened and completely renovated Hermitage Landing for
the Corps of Engineers as Rainbow Island before it was purchased and turned
into Nashville Shores. He was required
to meet several deadlines and exceeded all expectations.
Complete remodel of offices for L & N Railroad at
Radnor Yard in Nashville.
Crown Enterprises: remodeled offices and over the last
20 years have also been asked to remodel four different homes for the owners
that averaged 6000 sq. ft. Also built
stages for several performers and professional motivational speakers that were
contracted to perform for their sold out business meetings at Rupp Arena and
UTK Arena.
Food Sales, TN : Completed two additions and installed
complete Drivet exterior on front. He was also asked to remodel the home of the
owner.
Complete new Gable roof system was built over the flat
roof in Hermitage for an affiliate of Food Sales, TN.
D’s Hair Salon in Smyrna, TN was a complete new build
out in a strip mall. This was the second
hair salon completed by Reel Construction.
The first one is on Stewart’s Ferry at I-40 in Hermitage, TN. In the same strip mall Jeff did work on
helping to create a lounge and restaurant for Rodney Wise Construction.
Has built several Cabins in the Fairfield
Glades area.
Renovated Race Car garage and turned part of the garage
into an apartment for A.J. Foyt’s racing team.
Completely Renovated the
Developed property on Bradshaw Rd in Lebanon and turned
it into McCullough Estates. There are now 14 lots with homes being built on
part of them with a future expansion of 24 more.
Installed flooring throughout 3rd floor of
building for Gobbell Hayes Partners in 2002-
Ripped up old flooring and replaced it for this Historical Building of
Nashville on 5th Avenue-all finish work had to be authentic. Was
brought back in 2004 to Gobbell Hayes Partners to partially remodel the third
floor-installed custom Skylights of his own design through the roof decking to bring lighting in-moldings
for all the wood work were custom matched to the original building for private offices
and conference rooms.
Remodeled offices in Bridgestone, Whirlpool and The
Coats Company through Jerry Beach Construction.
Built warehouse office spaces for Mid South Pump.
Tudor Inn on
Prior to going into business for himself, Jeff worked
as a crane operator for 2 years with his father who was a General Contractor in
California. He was involved in a project
building 160 ft tall concrete grain silos for Foster Farms with drive through.
